Refund policy

NOTE: We recommend you use the Yoback for at least 20 consecutive days (or close enough to that) before asking for a refund. This is because it can be sore to begin with and your body will take some time to adapt.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that if the original box is not in good condition there will be a £2.99 reboxing fee. Therefore it's recommended that you keep the original box for the first 30 days in case of returns.

To start a return, you can contact me at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Important: Whenever possible, all UK returns will be FREE with a return label provided. On the rare occasion we can not provide a label, you will be asked to pay for delivery and provide a receipt to be reimbursed. Failure to provide proof of delivery will result in no reimbursement.

Damages, issues and five year warranty

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. There is also a 5-year guarantee for any manufacturing defects. We reserve the right to deny this guarantee if we believe the issue is not a manufacturing defect.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
