Refund policy

IMPORTANT: All UK returns cost £3.99, which will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. We suggest you keep the original box for the first 30 days in case of returns.

All EU orders have a flat £10 return fee. If you are in the rest of the world, please contact us first for prices.

NOTE: We recommend that you use Yoback and Myoscraper for at least 2 weeks (or close to that) before requesting a refund. This is because it can be sore to begin with and your body will take some time to adapt.

We have a 1-month return policy, which means you have 1 month from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@eastnole.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package.

 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted;

 

Damages, issues and lifetime warranty

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. There is also a lifetime guarantee for any manufacturing defects. We reserve the right to deny this guarantee if we believe the issue is not a manufacturing defect.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the £3.99 return fee and potential reboxing fee if applicable. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
