Yoback Upgrade

Great well made product which has become part of my daily routine for ongoing back pain , fantastic communication from Gary 😊

I bought the full Yoback at St Albans half marathon. I tried out the product before purchase and the team explained how to use it and answered my questions. I’m going to buy the additional feet so that I can use all 3 pieces separately. Great for placing around the house so a stretch is always in reach!

Great book for easy reference of the stretches. I take my yoback offshore where Internet is slow. This book gives me an easy guide to the stretches. It’s brilliant.

This has really helped me do deep squats! I love this tool / the cork is lovely natural material and I’m using it to strengthen knees, help with squats and ankle strength. I really like this product, it is a serous bit of kit, very solid and well designed. With so many gimmicky sports aids on the market this is a welcome piece of well designed and really effective kit.

First class service and effective piece of kit. Early days but it seems to be helping with plantar fasciitis along with the massage oil and myoscraper.

Now there’s gadgets for running and gadgets for running. I was sceptical initially but it’s been a game changer for me. Really has helped unlock my calf niggles

Only just started using this but so far so good

Only had it a week but loving the deep stretches.

Really great product. Flexes slightly under you but I've used it to massage the bottom of my foot to get over plantar pain, strengthen calves daily with straight and bent leg raises, and do tib raises as well. Solid product and will last a long time.

Recently had a few calf and hamstring injuries, this product has helped beyond words. I now follow he routines given, have improved leg strength and mobility. I’d recommend buying an extra set of feet to enable both half’s to be used at once.

Loved the simplicity of this product. Met Gary for the first time at the Birmingham running show. They presented the training tool well and spent quality time explaining it. I can confirm it works well and does exactly as explained. Love it. And the support products also do exactly as expected. Love the muscle deep heat type product in a roll on. Absolutely brilliant .

I’m deeply satisfied with the product, especially considering I initially had low expectations.
Of course, you can do similar stretches and heel raises on a simple step platform without spending extra money. However, Yoback noticeably improves the overall experience:
- The curved platform makes the stretch more comfortable and, as a result, more effective.
- The cushioned surface allows you to exercise barefoot comfortably. With a regular step platform, you usually need to place something under your foot to avoid discomfort.
- Because it’s so comfortable to use, I find myself doing these stretches every day.

I haven’t had this for long but I’ve already used it to ease neck and back discomfort. Such a relief and quick and easy. Now I shall start to work on strengthening my ankles. Love that it has so many uses.
