Shipping Policy

Order Processing
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are typically shipped out the next business day (two days maximum). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We will communicate any issues that may arise due to factors such as high volume or other delays beyond our control.

Shipping Rates and Times

  • United Kingdom: Free 48-hour shipping on orders over £99. Orders under £99 will incur a £3.99 charge for 48-hour shipping.
  • International: Rates vary. For multiple orders, please email us for potentially reduced rates. If shipping to your country is not an option at checkout, please contact us at help@eastnole.com

Once your order reaches your destination country, it may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT). Eastnole is not responsible for these charges, which are the customer's responsibility.

Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please check your spam folder just in case.

If you haven’t received your order within four days in the UK or fifteen days elsewhere from receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at help@eastnole.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  • We charge a £3.99 return fee to cover shipping costs.
  • Returns are accepted up to one month after delivery. If the item is in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus a £3.50 shipping fee.
  • Returns can be collected by the postman from your home or dropped off at the post office with the provided label. Once the product arrives at our warehouse and is checked, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds typically take about five working days from the time the package is sent to the post office.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at help@eastnole.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and strive to find a satisfactory solution.
